Control Units Ventilation

To operate the actuators, in most cases a control unit is required. This control unit can be provided by an external building management system (BMS), but in most cases a separate control unit is used which can be connected to your BMS if desired.

All our controllers for 24Volt DC motors are equipped with a transformer that converts the 230Volt AC supply voltage to 24Volt DC output voltage, control electronics and output relays. Then you can choose how extensive you want the control unit to be.
We can provide you with both analog and digital control units. The simplest ones are analog. These are very limited expandable and any parameters are easily set by means of dip switches.
However, if you are looking for more flexibility, functionality and the possibility of (subsequent) expansion, we recommend a digital (e.g. M-Vent) control unit. These control units offer unlimited possibilities because they are modular and therefore expandable. With special software, these control centers can be programmed entirely according to your wishes.
