Pricing:
  1. Our prices are in Euros and exclude VAT, unless otherwise specified
  2. Interim (price) changes, printing and/or typing errors reserved.

Returns Policy:
  1. Reclamations regarding incorrect and / or damaged delivered goods have to be made within 8 working days after receipt.
  2. Goods ordered especially for you cannot be returned.
  3. Incorrectly ordered products must be returned within 30 days after delivery.
  4. Returns are only accepted after written approval by Dekker Technical Products B.V.
  5. Possible handling costs for the return will be 15%.
  6. Returned goods have to be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.

Shipping costs:
For Standard shipments with a length of up to 1.75 meters and max. 30kg. we charge the following fixed rates:

    (We ship your order to an agreed delivery address)
Extra Info:
  • Shipments with destination outside the EU may be subject to additional charges such as VAT, import duties and clearance fees in the destination country. These costs may vary per country and are always for the buyer's account!
  • We do not export to the USA and Canada.

* We do not sent Cash On Delivery (COD) shipments.
* Special shipments (e.g. express deliveries / lengths > 1.50mtr. etc.), price on request.
